Eligibility:

• To be eligible for a refund or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 5 working days of the purchase date.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Returns:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@airtekcompressors.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Please include the RMA number with your returned item to ensure prompt processing.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges:
